Asus CUII 6970 vs 670 of same Style Asus CUII
So the Nvidia gods demand I switch my 6970 for the 670 now the real question is... will I see a difference?

The 6970 is currently in my server and runs great but they demand I switch to a Nvidia Card so they gave me this am the 670 2GB model.. I thanked them even though I really didnt need it.

Is there any good blocks for the 670 yet? thinking with it being CUII that its not going to happen and I will have to make another custom water block like I did with one of my 6970's.

Thanks for the help guys :)

Not a bad complaint..

I have the 670 DCII and TBH it NEVER makes a peep.. gotta be the quietest card I've ever owned.

That said, water should theoretically increase the oc potential.. Though with you not needing it over a 6970 then why bother?

I have the GTX670 CUII and this card runs QUIET. The stock fan profile never spins the fan up very fast, but even at 100% fan speed, the card is still very quiet compared to my old GTX470.

The TOP line of the CUII cards are already overclocked pretty high, not sure how much higher you can go with water.
