Default Best card in the $150 range?

I'm thinking it's a 6870... (Found some on sale that were in the price range...)

that would be a solid card, and 6870 is about like a gtx560, some games favor 1 or the other. Haven't seen prices in ages, but they must be around 150

you can always check the NCIX outlet store on ebay, I got 2 cards from there, 1 was refurbished, the other was open box. Got my 2nd 6950 for about 240 last Jan

edit: I just checked the ^^^^ on ebay, for some reason theres just about nothing there,, a few HDDs, strange, I hope they are just doing site maintenance or something

My System Specs

Default Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560 Fermi 830MHZ 1GB 4.0GHZ GDDR5

The 6870 is a good value @ ~ $150, but the GTX 560 1gb (336 core version) is slighlty faster.
The Gigabyte GTX 560 can be found for $148 (ar) at DirectCanada
PM NCIX or, MemoryExpress will beat the price by 25% of the difference;
199.99-168=31.99 difference x .25= $8.00 off the $168 price = $160 - $20 MIR = $140 (plus tax on the $160).

Used 480, I seen one on here for $130 a couple days ago, nothing could come close to gtx 480 performance for $150 or less.

6870/560 would be about the best you can get for $150 without going used.

I think NASA used to use 480 as a space heater, or a toaster type thing, and NASA certainly NEVER landing a human on the moon, I used to believe that non-sense. But in the last year I started to look at the work of the skeptics, and now I don't think they did it(walked on the moon).

get a 6870 or 560, or save a little longer and get a 6950---they rock
