That's because it's a newer game, works normally fine with them. It's if you want to play anything that's a few years+ older where you run into crossfire issues regularly.

Zero micro stutter. I haven't check any other games yet as I don't have time right now but I'll try later tonight hopefully.
just my 2 cents. the whole micro-stutter thing is blown way out of proportion. i have 2 6950's in crossfire and play the following games. bf3, crysis2, skyrim, batman, deus ex, dirt 3, portal 2. i have yet to notice this whole micro-stuttering thing. maybe i'm just dumb, who knows.

from a performance stand point, well worth having the second card, crossfire driver support for all the games i play has been great but, i'm not one to buy a game the day it comes out either.

enjoy your 100+fps in practically every game. i do.

Smile Cf 7970

I have 2 systems one i5 2500k with 2x7970 once i updated all the drivers things smoothed out. My main system with now tri sli 680s is what i prefer but the 7970s image quality in someways is superior artistically speaking.

I don't think micro-stutter is that big of a deal, but honestly Crossfire is pretty crap compared to SLI in terms of "hassle-free operation"

this is the best answer... dont get sli or cfx... waste of your money and hassle...

i have no problem with sli and cfx but generally its pointless at 90% of time... sli/cfx is only for full-screen game... (and maybe folding... not sure...) thats it...

right now all gpu is too powerful and able to run most of the games... well i am talking about regular game... not fancy flight stimulator...
