Please pm me with your name and email and I'll double check for you. It's possible the confirmation email got blocked, I know that's happened to a few people before. 30 days or not I'll make sure you're approved.

Sounds like awesome service here.
I actually just ordered my first Galaxy card today, the GTX 680 SOC White Edition, so glad to see that they have a presence here.
Question, what is the RMA process for Galaxy products? I hope RMAs don't have to go back to the US as that adds time and serious shipping costs.
Anyone have any experience with their RMA as a Canadian customer?

Canadian RMA Experience

Link to someone that RMA'd a Galaxy card in April.

Thanks, may have to rethink this purchase then; don't want to have to deal with US RMA's to be honest.

Zotac MSI and Asus have depots in Canada. EVGA does not.

Ya, which is why I'm leaning to maybe just keeping the shiny new GTX 670 DCUII Top that's been sitting in it's box a week. May not be as powerful as this new card I purchased, but Asus has a RMA depot in Markham if I'm not mistaken, I could drive the card there if needed, if they'd allow it of course.
Guess I'll see when I pickup the Galaxy later this week...
Which MSI already had their lightning cards out, I'd just grab one of those.

That's pretty awesome that you posted a positive experience with cs. People usually post problems. You dont hear too many times about good experiences, because they are expected I guess. Something like that would always make me want to buy the product.
