Do you have a deal similar to this GTX 480 clearance in your area?
EVGA GeForce GTX 480 700MHZ 1536MB GDDR5 2xDVI Mini-HDMI PCI-E Video Card - eVGA - 015-P3-1480-KR

That's the best price / performance in Canada (non-used/refurb) if you don't care about high power consumption.

op has a 450w psu with 34amps on the 12v rail. It shows him loocated in Seoul as in South Korea? If so whats the point of reference for the price.

What games are you looking to play?

Don't buy anything until you replace your power supply with a larger one.

I disagree with that but it wouldnt take much for him to upgrade his gpu considering hes only running a Radeon 5670 now. A 6850 would be a solid upgrade, 6870 prolly be ok, gtx 550ti, gtx 560(non-Ti) radeon 7770.

depends on your local prices. Radeon 6850/6870 are very solid cards, a GTX560 non ti/560Ti are also very good choices, if you can afford just a touch more, the Radeon 7850 would be even better, though am unsure of the current pricing of them, if not there is also 560 448 core.

Given your coming from a 5670 I would recommend an HD 7770 (lower prices should now be in effect for them), or hd 7850 or gtx 560/560TI, and upgrade your power supply to a bit more powerful one from a quality manufacturer.

ohh shoot i guess i missed out on the details..
alright, i'm going to be playing battlefield 3 mainly and some crysis 2 (and 3 when it launches next year. did you hear the news guys? haha)
and disregard all of my old specs.

this is for a COMPLETELY new rig.
i decided to build a new rig with an i5-3570K (when it launches) and it will have a corsair tx650 so no issues on power.
thanks guys
