btw if I can be allowed to copy and paste a file I'd be glad to show you the 3D Mark comments and scores of the 6950 i tested.

Goodluck with the card they sent you as a replacement. It probably works good. I'm sure XFX doesn't intentionally send out sub standard replacements.
