I'm guessing most will vote XFX, but every twin fanned Sapphire card I have seen is a great overclocker, and the cooler is reasonably quiet.

I am in love with my Sapphire 7950 OE dual fan. Can't hear the bloody thing and it clocks nicely.

I would go Gigabyte or XFX for RMA support, a lot of people hate on gigabyte but i haven't had a problem.

I like to keep things reasonably quiet and cool. I voted for the windforce, but the sapphire has excellent reviews as well.

Either or of those two is a good choice.

XFX. Everyone elses RMA service sucks from what I've heard.

XFX and Gigabyte are the only two good ones from my expererences. Best in quality and support should you need it. I will give the quietness nod to the windforce series
