First thing don't submerge your comp into oil it will cause your computer to overheat for extended periods of use not to mention the mess. The first video I linked to is coil whine but a very bad case of it. As for the second vid it is harder to tell exactly what it is but if it sounds like that you really don't have anything to worry about. If you can find the problematic coil on your video card you can use hot glue or nail polish to put onto it to dampen the vibration of the coil but you'll most likely have to take the heatsink off to get to the coil. So best to just deal with the noise and turn the volume up on your game.
