Question Nvidia GTX550 ti vs AMD radeon HD6850
i'm going to buy new computer and install new GPU to it and i don't know witch one should i take nvidia gtx550 ti or amd radeon HD6850 PS:sorry about bad english i'm from finland

I would say at this point get a 7770. For the cost it gets you the better card out of both.

The 6850.
The 550ti is between the 6770 and 6790. And 7770 are overprice for the price for a card that perform worse than a 6850.

7770 is a 128bit card with 1000mhz core speed vs the 6850 256bit 775mhz core. The 6850 ties and beats the 7770 on most games with aa/af (just look at HWC review). I'd still take a 6850 over a 7770, plus I really don't like 128 bit cards because once you load up the eye candy with aa they seem to bog down.

Ps, the 550ti is a farce, GTX560 vanilla would be the lowest nvidia card to look at.

i'm not going to get 7770 because it is too expensive in finland
