Default Card Lookup

Ok I have 2 Sapphire HD6950s that I want to sell but I have not been able to figure out how to determine if they are reference design or not. Only way I have found so far is to register them with Sapphire which ties the warranty to me which seems dumb if I plan to sell them.

So does anyone know how I can answer this question without registering the cards?

What is the model number of the cards and do they have dual bios?

One card does say it has dual bios (they are not identicle cards)

first card SKU# 11188-05 (this is the one that says it is dual bios)
Second car SKU# 11188-00

You do realize most companies ask for an invoice for an rma registered or not, which sapphire does claim to require, so it won't matter if you register it or not.

Sapphire Technology Web Site

Apparently they usually say AMD right above the PCIe contacts, on the cooler side. They also normally have the cooler shown in the link below.

Cool thanks I had someone take a look at a picture of them and have been told I was correct in my guess they are not reference cards.

11188-05 is either the 20g version or 50g version which are both dirt3 edition cards, 50g comes with all kinds of extra cables and such, the other is very minimal cables and extras, it is a non-reference card as far as the slightly extended length one looks like this Canada Computers | Video Cards | Sapphire (11188-05-50G) AMD Radeon HD 6950 2GB Dirt3 Edition GDDR5 ATI Radeon HD 6950 Chipset(800MHz) 2GB GDDR5 Memory(5000MHz) Dual DVI /HDMI/Display Port PCI-Express 2.0 Graphics Card other like this Sapphire Radeon HD 6950 (11188-05-20G) 2048MB PCIe Gen 2.0 Details
11188-00 is a single fan vaporX type model Sapphire Radeon HD 6950 800MHZ 2GB GDDR5 PCI-E 2XDVI HDMI 2x Mini DisplayPort Video Card - SAPPHIRE - 11188-00-40R

Both are considered non-reference in regards to the cooler used, and at least in the -05 verisons they may also be non-reference PCB as well.
