Default BF3 Crossfire not Enabled

Hey guys, so since i had that BSOD in windows, finally got the BSOD out and put some new drivers in

i was at 11.12 and Crossfire was enabled in BF3 since i had that damn AMD Crossfire Technology badge on the top right corner and was running everything Ultra, 2x mssa, 8xaa HBAO off with an average of 60+ fps inside / out

now installed the 12.21, 11.11 performace driver, 11.12 again and i dont see the badge no more and i'm running at around 30-40fps max and occasional 10-15's.. how do i re-enable crossfire in BF3 ?

Quick EDIT : running a Single HD 5970 800Mhz Core / 1100 Mem
