What would you do in the case of hearing the rattling noise? The shroud?

Both of mine suffered from a rattle at higher fan speeds starting at 60-62%, the shroud and the sink were making a slight contact with each other. Simply running your hand along the shroud should show where it is contacting then a slight bend by hand, like 1mm here not alot and it goes away.
Yours could be perfectly fine I know a few ppl that dont have this issue at all.

Stock fan settings suck though IMO but check it out you might find them acceptable.
