Welcome to the forum! I've never done it, but in the catalyst control center there shoould be a box that says "enable crossfire" that should be checked.

Let us know how it works -I'm curious to see what kind of performance gains there are.

Being a rookie sometimes does take awhile to figure things out.Anyway the onboard graphics have to be set to primary display and you plug your dvi cable onto your graphics card and presto! the crossfire icon appears in the catalyst control panel.I will post here when I have checked how well it now performs.

Cool, thanks for posting that.

You're not a rookie when it comes to using the hybrid graphics that new AMD chipsets offer.... in fact, on this board I'd suggest you're the pathfinder..... :)

Be sure to post back your results!!!

Default performance

Hi:Well although i haven't tried any games yet HD performance has definitely improved from just using the board alone as there were some missed frames when playing a movie from the harddrive.Since this is an htpc I didn't intend to play games on it anyways but I might try Crysis on it just to see what happens.
