Should I upgrade or SLI

it would be silly to wait for the next generation cards as they will need time to be reviewed and drivers will need to mature. buy the best you can now as whatever you buy will last quite sometime.

at this point its eigher a single 560ti, sli 560ti, or a 580.

^^^ Thanks Enab I was thinking the exact same thing!!! SLi 560ti all the way....as for SLi scaling poor, all new titles scale very well with latest Beta Drivers, the new Deus Ex Expansion Pack is the only game which doesnt utilize SLi, but its very easy to set up a SLi Profile for this title! Latest GeForce Beta Driver provides excellent improvement with Skyrim.

Look for used 580's in the $375 price range (hint hint), best deal going and welcome to DX11 ;)

If you want to game on 3 displays but don't want to SLI, Galaxy has the MDT series cards that do this on a single GPU:

The 580 is especially awesome for the huge OC and custom cooling. Both cards will hook to 3 DVI monitors without having to buy any extra pieces.
