What happened to sparkle's single slot 570? Or was it more of a concept?

fizzzzed out. only for water cooled set-up for single slot, HS & fan too big

Maybe they couldn't maintain the Thermal limits or the noise was too much.

A lot of these engineering concepts never really materialize.
I.e. all the concepts we saw for Dual GTS250 cards back in the day I was doing news articles.
