Maybe someone screwed up the original order in the warehouse and you got RMA'd cards instead of new ones.

Good thing is they are taking care of it right away.

It sure looks that way. PNY is dealing with it. I can not ask for much more.

Update, got so called (4) NEW replacement cards today.

UMMM, not new. One has broken fan cover, another the fan cover is not tight. The other two are okay.
No protective plastic wrap or static bag on any of the cards. Sure looks to be refurbished cards.
Emailed PNY, see if anything happens on the 27-31 after Xmas.
Good JOB PNY. I requested for a refund.

Damn PNY seems pretty sketchy. I would definitely reconsider buying a card from them in the future although I prefer Asus or Msi since they have rma facilities in Ontario, cheaper shipping and no need to deal with duty/brokerage if they occur which sometimes happens.
