Default which one is better?

When i went to buy gtx 560 ti he showed me two of them
Asus gtx 560 ti dc2 top & Msi gtx 560 ti hawk
I was confused and did not buy any one of those.
Please help which one should i buy?
Whose featuers are better than other?
Which one is more overclockable?
Price is almost the same

Seeing as how you're on a hardware review site, perhaps you should try looking for reviews here and elsewhere on the web. For instance, on the Asus: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti Roundup: ASUS, EVGA, Gigabyte & MSI

Also just pointing out, every individual chip has different overclocking potential, these reviews can only give you a general idea of a vendors overclocking capacity, but don't go into a purchase expecting to achieve identical clocks, you might get something better or worse
