Personally, in consideration of all available information suggesting that the 7 series is going to be a HUGE performance increase over the 6 series, I'd recommend waiting it out. Then again, its more of a matter of personal circumstances, considering theres no reliable ETA on the 7 series and TSMC usually has low yields when shrinking down nm the wait for the flagship 7's could be long and frustrating.
Maybe consider a lower tier card and upgrade to the 7 series later?

Might just add to that, seeing the 79xx cards are using GCN over the more mature VLIW architecture, they might also have initial teething problems in regards to compatibility as was seen when VLIW was introduced... or AMD might release a fully stable performance product.

Sorry Marwan, all I can do is provide you with the facts that are available and some speculation here and there, the actual decision has to be made by you :( Although I would advise staying away from dual gpu cards since their going to get slaughtered in terms of price/performance, you could always consider getting a single 570/6970 and cfx'ing them after the 7 series is released (if you don't mind the microstutter?)
