Any of these cards will likely be quieter than the fans you have on your rad.

Well this is basically my GTX 470 ... well maybe its a bit faster (although mine is OC'd to 780/1560/1700) so performance should be around the same.

Come on GTX670!

Interesting... one review claimed the 6950 to be $40 cheaper (maybe they meant the 1GB version?) and didn't even consider the fact that you can get a 10% (I'm guessing?) faster version from gig. for the ref price.

I like your review much better You totally don't give AMD a price advantage without making sure nvidia doesn't deserve one too.

I think this card is way faster then a GTX 470. from the reviews I have read.

mind as well buy 570, not enough price gap
I was hoping they would drop 560ti price down below $200(lowest price on ti i've seen is 169 after MIR) and put this at $250 range

Great review as ever.
Ah, BTW I think it would be interesting to see not just the FPS gains when OC'ing the cards, but the power consumption as well. For general reference, and to see the difference between versions - reference cards, custom PCBs, coolers etc.

A regular GTX 560 TI was faster than a GTX470, so I wouldn't be surprised if this one beat it even more.

Although its not MUCH cheaper, NCIX has, or will have them in for $319.98 CAD within the next 5-7 days apparently. While the 570 is 375$, so its abit cheaper, but like you say, is it enough to justify grabbing it instead of the 570$. Cards almost as fast, and will apparently only be Limited Edition so imagine they mark up a fair bit on the LE tag alone. All in all, think Ill way abit longer before deciding if gonna try an grab one up or not. If do, definitely let everyone know how it goes!

Id rather grab a 570 and leave the option to SLI them when the next gens come out on the cheap.. Good luck finding a "565"...

If however you're an enthusiast, and upgrade almost every generation, then whatever. Get whichever card you want and the rest be damned!
