Default Does your GPU fan burn or brake something?!?!?

I was wondering about the radeon hd 6970 graphic card's fan would burn if you put it @ 100% speed for a long time?

I mean it has so many RPM... 5000+

( Sorry for bad english )

It should be fine. If their was some dirt or debris in there causing any rubbing it might be an issue, otherwise I wouldn't think so.

Just hope its not the Asus CU II fans, otherwise those things will begin to rattle over time.

re-apply thremal paste on heatsink, make sure that inside case is getting cool outside, not recycled heated air

no no, it's the XFX 6970 with 1 fan @ the right side

( The coolest GPU from the 6970's from my opinion tbh :P )

There is nothing wrong with running a FAN at 100%.
I ran my GX2's at 100% for 2 years of solid folding and they never failed.
They are designed to be run at any speed for a good length of time (Depending on the MTBF).
