6970, but if you really want go upgrade, go Nvidia imo.

Ya I was in comp usa today looking for a charger and ended up grabbing the last gtx 580 3gb they had on the shelf. Technically everyone says its a downgrade from and I guess from a benchmark perspective thats true, but so far, all the games my 5970 was having problems with this 580 is dominating in performance, so I'm not disappointed at all.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do with my 5970 yet. Most likely going to ebay it, but I have no clue how much I'm going to sell it for yet (most users on ebay seem to list it between $400-$600 USD). If anyone here wants to make me an offer, please do send me a pm.
