Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying all of them are like that (my friends Direct CU card is perfect and Quiet). Its just I hear a lot of complaints about all types of these custom coolers more than I ever have in the past.

Just sharing my experience :)
And it's true that people should be careful when choosing a non reference card.
