Asus Radeon 6970 DirectCU II crossfire

hey guys, is it possible to crossfire these 2 cards with my current motherboard and will it fit my casing? given the fact that they're space eaters? i'm planning to do this kind of setup. my current rig is:

CPU: AMD Phenom x6 1100t @ 4.11GHZ
MEM: 16gig GSkill 1600mhz cl8
GPU: Asus Radeon 6970 DirectCU II
MBoard: Crosshair V Formula
CPU Cooler: Corsair H80
PSU: Cougar CMX 700w
Casing: Thermaltake Armor A60

If its possible i am surely going to upgrade my psu, any recommendations? Thanks in advance guys!

The DCII's will fit on that board using the top slot and the 5th slot, but the card is going to be tight to the bottom of the board.
Under load you will be getting close to the limit of 700w, a nice Seasonic or Corsair 850 would give you plenty of room.
If you already have 1 DCII then pop it in the bottom slot to get a idea of the size. Cfireing these is alot of room.
