The rest of your computer is quite decent... actually overkill for a 5750. Going for a 570 is a good choice to be able to play BF3 at high settings at 1080p, a GTX 560 ti would possibly be enough for that too, but that would be the minimum without lowering details. On AMD's side of things, you'd want a 5870 or a 6950 at least for high details 1080p. If you play at a resolution lower than 1080p, nvidia handles ultra quality better than AMD, but you'd want to stick with the GTX 570.
I would get something other than the Apevia as well.
They are terrible units.

Corsair, Antec, Silverstone, NZXT HALE 90's, Superflower Golden King, Kingwin Lazer Gold would be good ones to consider,

Would you recommend buying a new one before i getting the card or do you think it would be safe running my current PSU with an GTX 570

Personally, I'd get a new one before running the card just to be on the safe side. I've only ever lost 1 machine to a crap power supply. It killed the motherboard, but fortunately it was a work machine so it got replaced.

If you can easily afford to purchase another PSU and whatever parts it might bring along with it, then u can wait... but then again, if you can afford that, why not do it now ?

If you can't afford to have loss, then if you need to delay your graphic card for a new power supply, do it; otherwise you might be stuck with a paper weight for some time.
