Galaxy GTX 580 ,for real ?

Newegg.ca - Galaxy 58NLH5HS3PXZ GeForce GTX 580 (Fermi) 1536MB 384-bit DDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

$464.00 cnd seems cheap, whats the down side ?

It's Galaxy so might be trouble for RMA ?

Besides taking up 3-slots and **possibly** RMA issues, i'd say it's a pretty alright deal. I bought a galaxy 8800GTS 512 and it lasted me 5 years. And from the looks of it, it has nothing but positive reviews, and the AC cooler is a nice addition.

That's about what I paid for my EVGA GTX 580 a couple months ago. For whatever reason, GTX 580 prices have gone up, not down.

This one is a bit cheaper: Newegg.ca - ECS NGTX580-1536PI-F GeForce GTX 580 (Fermi) 1536MB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card and at least it's reference design should you want to put your own cooling on it...
