My System Specs

Default Quick question

If game data (ie textures) are saved on the vRam, why does it show in task manager as using ram?

From my understanding all game data including textures are buffered in the main system memory as needed then sent to video card when asked for. Alot of the memory on a video card is used to buffer the rendered frame before it is sent to the monitor.
