Default i5 + gtx 570?

will a 2500k i5(watercooling, stock 3,3GHz), bottleneck a gtx 570? And should i go with a gtx 570 or 2 gtx 55ti's?

Would only bottleneck in CPU dependent games. Go for the 570 over the SLI 550 anyday IMO.

Just overclock your cpu slightly, it should not really bottleneck. A very safe over clock would be 4.0ghz. And yes 570 is wayyy better choice than 2 550's.

Won't be a bottleneck, and always go for the best single card you can get. 570 is a pretty awesome card as is.

I also agree with the single card over dual cards a single card uses less juice and probably would run a little cooler inside the case
