Default 6950 unlocking help

Hey guys. In my new pc I have an hd 6950 toxic edition. I heard some people got one that came pre loaded with unlocked shaders however mine didn't :(. I've also tried unlocking it with a modded bios. ATIWinflash completed the flash yet when I re booted my pc I was still stuck with the same number of shaders >:( Can anyone help me?

My System Specs

I don't believe the toxic can be unlocked, only really old reference models and I think very specific non reference cards can be unlocked like early revisions of the MSI Twin Frozr.
If this card is brand new, then I doubt it can be unlocked, even if there is a version of the Toxic out there that can be.

Are you talking about the Sapphire 6950 Toxic? There's a switch next to the Crossfire connectors (really small) that you move over to make it a 6970. Did you do that?
