GTX 470 vs GTX 560Ti
 

I've read so much but heard so many different things I know the main part as far as the review I've read

560Ti

Pros : Less wattage, Less heat, DX11

Cons : Not as much ram, Doesn't OC as well?

Am I way off here or whats the big difference I would think newer tech just would be better overall to have but curious if I should keep my 470 or trade it for a 560ti (yes I found someone).

560TI all the way.
Less RAM, but faster RAM. And (unlike the 470) it OC's like hell!!! :)

The 470 is a DX11 card as well, I had one. But if someone will trade you straight across or for a small cash difference, I'd do it.

a 560 is like an oc'ed 460. so a highly clocked 560 will close in to 570/480 territory vram permitting

Where did you hear the 560 Ti doesn't overclock as well? I was able to get my MSI cards to 1GHz core and 2250 Mhz on memory, allowing to be out perform the 570 where vRam wasn't a concern

Do it. Faster out of the box, plus all the benefits you listed (though both are DX11 as far as I know), and usually OC great. If its direct swap or plus small amount of cash then do it.

I think I did alright? The guy I got them from says he can OC the 470's higher but I never OC anything so don't matter to me.

The cards are good (and very sexy) ;)
And again, the 560Ti is a much better OC'er than the 470.

If I could find a guy to trade my GTX 470 for his GTX 560Ti I would.
you will see a better performance with them in SLi then the two GTX 470 in SLi

IMO you got the better end of the deal.
