I can sell the 260 for $60-80, PhysX isn't worth that much to me

. And based on what's been said, the CPU will make a bigger difference (plus it'll speed up my rig in general).

Well as long as it has 2 PCI-E slots and decent VRM cooling what do I have to lose? What does the GD55/65 offer? And I certainly have good cooling, the CPU will have a Supreme LT and a 240mm rad to take care of that
