you need to upgrade cpu mobo ram and gpu

and psu unless thats a quality unit and i've missed its oem..but probably not

2500k+your choice of mobo with 4-8 gigs ddr3 and a nice 6950.

newer games should be playable on 1920x1080 on good quality settings, for the most part.

and welcome aboard.

CPU/MOB/RAM would be my suggestion. A deal along these lines would do fairly well LINK. Then save the rest and more for a new PSU and video card. That said I suggested this stuff only knowing your budget...what do you use the computer for? What resolution?

Above suggestion by dangtx is obviously great, but will be well over budget.

Note: You may need to update your BIOS for those CPU's to be recognized properly.

Since you only have $325 bucks, I highly suggest you upgrade your CPU, MOBO, RAM, and power supply.

For example: Intel Core i3 2120 (can be had for $120), Asus or GB MOBO for $100ish, 8GB's of RAM for $50-$60, and a decent, lower wattage PS can be had for let's say $60? Your budget is low but definitely doable!

looks to me like the lcd should come first. your eyes are more important than fps or games and such!

For that budget, I would go with this:
Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, LED LCD TV, Digital Cameras and more!

and this memory:
Newegg.com - ADATA Premier Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model AD3U1333C4G9-DRH

and this PSU:
Newegg.com - Antec NEO ECO 620C 620W Continuous Power ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Comes to $358 but there is a $20 MIR. Tough to find a better mb, cpu, mem, psu combo than that for the $$.

Welcome to HWC :)

antec eco neo 520w

adata 8gb ddr3 39.99

i3 2100 and ASUS P8H67-M LX combo

you should really get a new monitor next.
