Angry Not Happy with EVGA Canadian Service... Any suggestions

I picked up a 570 a few months back and at first was extremely happy with my performance gain.

Supposedly there was a batch of EVGA/Nvidia 570 cards that become unstable after ~ 3-5 weeks of use... I have one of those cards. If I shutdown - the card works fine again for another month or so.

When this originally happened, The support team told me I needed to ship the card and after inspection I would receive a refurbished card. I think this is complete CRAP. They packaged a defective card and now I have to PAY shipping, and then WAIT for 3-5 weeks for a replacement.... WOW!

Now that Im done my rant, Im looking for a company that offers good service to us Canadians. And after this problem, I think Im leaning more toward the AMD then NVIDIA, after this dog and pony show Ive been requested to participate in...

All manufactures are like that basically, you'll have to learn to live with it.

Yeah, Asus has one in Markham. I sent them a motherboard last week. They got it on Tuesday and I got my replacement on Friday.

That is not poor service, that is how RMA works. I dont think you will find any company that will pay for your shipping.

Yeah I have always had to pay shipping one-way for my RMAs. Most recently was an OCZ SSD where I had to pay to ship to Markham ON from Ajax ON...I wanted to drop it off personally but got no response.

If you find a company that offers free shipping both ways on GPUs please post as I can't think of one and would love that service.

Well, I can understand paying shipping one way for RMA. what pisses me off is them not offering express RMA or free shipping because there was an issue with the card BEFORE they packaged and sold it and EVGA cant tell me that they dont know about this.
