Which program/benchmark will stress the GPU to as high as possible temperature levels..?

Furmark in all honesty should put the maximum stress reasonable. It actually will go beyond what you will ever see real world.

Good god, ran it at 2560x1440 & 4Xmsaa, it got to 99C with the fans screaming at 100%!!!
