Error Code 8?
 
Has anybody been having problems with an error code 8? I've been trying to clock my GTX 260 but when I start my stability test my computer freezes then turns black and windows recovers from the incident with a pop-up saying...


The NVIDIA OpenGL driver lost connection with the display driver and is unable to continue. The application must close.

Error code 8

So is this just me with the problem? Is it simply my overclock not working?

I'm gonna do some snooping hopefully I find some answers.

P.S I have the latest drivers (275.33)

So it seems that I'm not the only one with the problem. I found a thread on the Nvidia forums with several people who have the same problem.

Also one of the tech supports said, "It appears we have fixed this issue in driver 275.59 and higher. Since the latest beta driver is version 275.50, it did not include this fix. However in the upcoming beta driver, it will include this fix. "

So hopefully the problem is fixed with this update. Does anyone know when the new drivers are going to be released?
