Default Safe VRM Temps for Radeon 6950?

Just wondering if anyone out there happens to know what a safe temperature is for the Radeon 6950 VRMs?

I'm currently seeing what sort of limits I can push my XFX Radeon 6950 to as I've got an Icy Vision Rev2 cooler on it and it does a pretty darn good job.

I've boosted the voltage up a bit to 1.150 (over the 1.100 stock) and the VRM's didn't get hotter than 47C after a 10 pass bench of Metro 2033 which was maxing out the card's load.

I'm planning on trying for 1GHz on the core (currently at 950MHz), but just in case I need more juice, I want to get an idea of what the safe temp is for the VRM.

Thanks!

I probably should have taken down the part numbers of the memory and VRMs when I had the card taken apart, d'oh!

Update: Still would like to know the safe temps, but looks like I'm not going to go past 950MHz as I tried 975MHz and it was locking up at 1.190v so that's too much for my liking, I'll stick to 950MHz with 1.150v on the core.
