If u can spend $300, perhaps a 580 in BST could b had 4 a bit more, 4 approx. $400 or less including shipping. If u have 2 have brand new, well the 570 is in that price

range. While I have no real issues with AMD gpus, minus a few minor issues, Nvidia has always performed well 4 me.

OUt of curiosity do you know what make you PSU is in that Cyberpower built system(I'm assuming from the case you have listed it is a prebuilt from them?).

That is going to help a bit to make sure your not asking too much of a crap PSU.
