Default a nice GPU for a i3-530

What will be a nice GPU for this CPU on a 1680 x 1050 22" monitor with the most demanding game being BFBC2. I will not dislike keep the heat as low as posible without affecting to much the performance

dont think your game at that resolution needs more than a 6850?

HD 6850/gtx460 1gb on the high end, but being a bang for buck person I vote for a gtx 460 768mb (I run a phenom II x3 710 and gtx 460 768 mb @ 1680x1050 and love it...the extra vram isn't going to be necessary for most games at that resolution). Got mine for $100 after a $25 MIR. Don't think you could go wrong at the price. If you have some extra cash you could get a bit better if you feel you need it. Make sure your PSU can handle these cards though. What is your PSU?

Here is a review that includes most mainstream graphics cards (including the above recommended cards) in BFBC2 and you can look at 1680x1050 in specific.

Based on the review I would vote gtx 460 768mb or if you have the cash and want more a gtx 560 Ti. Like I mentioned above though....check your PSU as you may need an upgrade or a lower end video card if you can't afford PSU and GPU. Also, I am not sure how much your CPU will limit you with a 560.

Also a good option if you find one for the cheap prices that version has been selling for. (approx $130-135)
