Default which is d higest end graphics card i can install without bottle necking

I have a core 2 duo e7500 overclocked to 3.33ghz
4 gb ddr2 ram
750 watt PSU

so which is d highest end graphics card i can install avoiding bottlenecking?

can u suggest an nvidia card

Uhm GTX 550 Ti maybe? Not too sure. Maybe even as low as GTX 460 or GTS 450.

It really depends on the resolution you play at and the games you play. As you said you would like nvidia would recommend a gtx 460 768mb/1gb for 1680x1050 or lower and if you game at hd or higher resolution you could get a gtx 560ti and see a benefit from it. I would get a 460 over a 550 anyday (better performance, generally equivalent or better power figures, and can get them cheaper on sales).

What resolution do you run? What games? What is your current GPU?

try to score a used gtx 260, but even that will be a bit bottlenecked :)
