Default 5830's for folding - expert advice please

Need some expert advice on 5830's for SHA1 and MD5/MD4 hashing PC.

Will be buying four or more, will be run 24/7. Concerns are cooling, overclocking ability, longevity, reliability, and power consumption (not in that order).

My options are:

Sapphire Radeon Xtreme HD 5830 - 11169-06-20R - $107
NCIX.com - Buy Sapphire Radeon Xtreme HD 5830 800MHZ 1GB 4GHZ GDDR5 PCI-E DVI HDMI Mini DisplayPort Video Card - SAPPHIRE - 11169-06-20R - in Canada

or

SAPPHIRE 100297L Radeon HD 5830
0 - $99
Newegg.ca - SAPPHIRE 100297L Radeon HD 5830 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card w/ ATI Eyefinity Technology

or

Asus EAH5830 DirectCU/2DIS/1GD Radeon HD 5830 - $118
Asus EAH5830 DirectCU/2DIS/1GD Radeon HD 5830 1GB PCI Express 2.1 Graphics Card: EAH5830/DIRECTCU/2DIS/1GD at BEST PRICE

Other suggestions in that price ballpark are welcome. Please explain why preferred card is preferable, not just because you had one, or its cheaper.

The sapphire at Newegg is reviewed on this site.

It has a good cooler, temps are only 62c at full load.
It overclocks to 905mhz from stock of 800mhz.

The Asus:

70c at full load.
Overclocks to 930mhz from stock of 800mhz.

My advice is do some more research... generally nvidia cards produce much better ppd than ati cards at a similar price point. The GTX460/560 was the sweet spot for a time in terms of ppd/$. Why do you want 4 lower end cards?

Here are the reviews:

ASUS EAH 5830 DirectCU Review - Page 14/32 | techPowerUp

Sapphire Radeon HD 5830 1GB Review

Why is the Sapphire ahead in every benchmark?

The test systems are running the same CPU, i7-920, at 3.8 and 4.0ghz (sapphire system). I would not think that 200mhz CPU speed would change the results that much.

Its not for folding @ home, its SHA1, MD5/MD4 hashing. ATI cards are the fastest at it. I've done all the research, 5830's are right for my project size. Now i want to know if one brand is preferred over another.

Of those I would just grab the cheapest listed (since 5830 is not really an amazing card and if spending any more money I would say get a different card). 99.99 is definitely a decent price for a 5830 though.

Based on its 5850 big brother, the Asus 5830 should be a great oveclocker. Then it might make sense to pay a little more.

I am also reading some reports of heavy artifacting in games with the sapphire version. Not good.
