Now I got my new case
Temp with old case MSI Kombustor furmark NO OC: 87C
Temp with HAF X OC to 930/1300: 80-82C

Is it good or bad??
Temps without OC are about 3-4 degrees lower

Seems about average. Video cards are design to run at 100C (or more for some cards).

I'd be more concerned with max gaming temps than Furmark, myself. Furmark loads GPU's more that any game, so it's not realistic in my books.

And Nvidia chips start to thermal throttle when they reach 105 degrees. Speaking from experience. Your 80 degrees or so should be fine, and not shorten the life of the card.

Edit: Whoops, you've got an AMD. I'm not sure what max operating temps are for those, but you should be fine.
