which amd radeon hd 6850 is better?

i would like to know what difference would you get from sappphire 6850 compare to a sapphire 6850 toxic to a xfx 6850 black edition. please and thanks

For one XFX have a double lifetime warrenty. That alone to me is worth it.

if i crossfire the xfx black edition with the sapphire toxic will they be running at their factory clock(820mhz) and ram clock or the amd's 6850 normal clock(775mhz)?

They should both go down to the slowest of the two unless you OC them (if I'm not mistaken).

I read many reviews before I bought my 6850. After reading all the reviews I went with the Asus DirectCU 6850. It can overclock just as good, or better, than other 6850's but with lower noise levels.

Sure XFX has a lifetime warranty vs Asus 3 year, but how long are you going to keep the card? I usually will upgrade well before 3 years. I'd rather buy based on performance/overclocking, noise, and power consumption than based on warranty ;)

edit: the Asus 6850 overclocks so easily (you can even overclock it from within ati catalyst control center, although not to its max) that I wouldn't pay extra money for a factory overclocked card like a toxic or black. I have mine overclocked to 850/1140 at stock voltage with the fan speed at only %20 - very quiet, faster than the black edition, and about $40 cheaper after a rebate right now.

wow 850/1140 pretty low =/ but ya the fan is low. one problem that i don't like about those reference coolers is the fan is in the center so air might get pushed into the case if im wrong some correct me
