Paid mine 160 before MIR about 2 month ago. As usual, MSI sometime give awesome rebate to reseller. But you have to wait for them :(

The 460 1GB is a pretty solid card if you're not a max settings guy (but still want max resolution) and will carry you for some time, but upgrading to the 560 will be a card that can carry you forward much longer... The GTS 240 is getting a bit long in the tooth to suggest waiting for kepler at the end of the year.

Supposedly April/May is the big months for the gaming seasons and results in some pretty damn good VGA sales...

I guess that would make sense, summer hits and less people stay indoors to play games so sales go down?

Still pricey. I would buy the ASUS one I linked or if you want to spend more go with a 560 Ti.

I understand that but if you are going to spend close to $200 on a last gen card I would just bump up the the 560.

For example this 560 is $235 with a $30 MIR. Galaxy is good for MIR, I just got one from them and it comes on a credit card.
Newegg.ca - Galaxy 56NGH6HS4IXZ GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit DDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Or the Gigabyte model is $240 with free shipping.
Newegg.ca - GIGABYTE GV-N560OC-1GI GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
