$219...really appealing..the closest 2Gb card goes for $279 I think...

I would say that the 6950 1GB is worth about $15 more than the 560, but that's if you don't count any of the benefits of going nVidia (folding, PhysX, drivers, etc). The 2GB is only worth it when you want to turn up the AA past 8x and you game past 1920x1200.

OK, thanks for all the info people, this website never fails me, always good people on here.

I will mostly be using this PC for gaming and mild photoshop use.

Also, could I SLI or Crossfire these cards with a Corsair TX750 V2 power supply?

Yes you can run a HD6950 CF or a GTX560 Ti SLi with a Corsair TX750. Photoshop is more dependent on the power of your CPU so either cards can work. Many here chose the 2GB version of the HD6950 but I'm going to side with the 1GB version instead.

Take a 6950 2Gb and unlock it to a 6970... Tada...
Also, crossfire seem to scale better with this generation of card.
