Custom SLI bridge
 

Currently Have 2x 560 ti twin frozr cards but was wondering if its possible to get a rigged sli connector for them? or atleast a black one since the standard gold connector looks really ugly cause its bent/only non black/blue/silver component I have

If so, where can I find? I live in QC, Canada...

thx, I knew these existed but wasn't sure if they were compatible with other motherboards! I'm guessing since you posted an EVGA bridge you're saying it's compatible with my ASUS board?

All SLI bridges are interchangeable. There are no proprietary parts, as all GPU's will work with the same GPU SLI'd, regardless of manufacturer.

Same logic why your SATA cables work regardless of brand. It's just a connection, as long as it has the same set of contacts, you're good to go.

Someone needs to start shipping out round SLI/Crossfire cables. At least w/ SLI you have an option for black cables. Not so lucky for Crossfire users.

Thx, I was just clueless about these facts (how each motherboard came with its own bridge but the cards didn't unlike AMD's CFX solutions had me wondering)...

Although i still can't find black connectors around where I live (excluding ebay), let alone black and rigid 3 slot spacing.

So in theory this should work?

Couldn't you just round them yourself like people used to do with IDE/Floppy cables? Then you could sleeve them in the colour of your choosing.

They aren't ribbon cables like IDE cables were. They are generally just a piece of plastic w/ traces on/in it.
