Pretty happy with the MSI Twin Frozr II OC.

Currently running max overvolt 1050 / 2250 mem w/ temps under 65c (100% fanspeed) which is fine by me for an internally mounted card. Current OC undergoing FAH GPU3 Stess testing, but it seems stable. I suspect there's some more room.

Only beef I had (have) is that the version of Afterburner included on the CD doesn't allow for voltage tweaking. I had to download the latest beta version for that. Might seem like a minor beef, but IMO, if the box states "Voltage Adjustment", it should be ready to go as shipped.

On another note... I really like the look of these cards. The brushed aluminum look of the fan shroud is one of the most visually appealing cards I've seen in a long time.

Such a shame we French customer only have a two-years warranty and no 3D Mark 11 coupon with the MSI GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr II/OC...

I actually bought the ASUS card for my main gaming system. Replaced an AMD HD 5850.

the MSI TWN Frzr 560 Tis overclock amazingly, i have them both at core clock 1.020Ghz, shader clock 2040 mhz, and memory clock at 2350 mhz. Comparing the 3dmark11 results of stock sli versus those overclocked results i went up 2000 points. They seem to be able to handle anything i throw at them in 5760 x 1080 gaming.

In the review, for the MSI one, you said 3 year warranty. But you forgot to include that it starts on manufacturing date (like Gigabyte).

I have two 2GB GTX560s, and have used them at 57X10. Ran a few benches, compared with two GTX480s on some of them:

560 results standard text, 480 results in italics:

Mafia 2 In game bench
AA Off, Physx Off: 66.5 fps ave 75.2 fps ave
AAOff, PhysX High: 32.5 fps ave 32.6 fps ave
AA Off, PhysX Med: 36.9 fps ave
3D Vision On, AA Off, PhysX Off: 26.3 fps ave 36.2 fps ave
3D Vision On, AA Odd, PhysX Off, Ambient Occlusion Off, Shadows Low: 31.0fps ave

Just Cause 2 Dark Tower bench
3D Vision On: 27.56 fps ave 36.93 fps ave
0X AA: 65 fps ave
2X AA: 61.84 fps ave
4X AA: 58.61 fps ave 75.47 fps ave

Far Cry 2 Ranch Small bench
3D Vision On, 2X AA On: 38fps ave/58 fps max/32 fps min
3D Vision On, 0X AA: 40fps ave/58fps max/37 fps min 40fps ave/59 max/39 min
4X AA 76fps ave/104 fps max/ 57 fps min 74 fps ave/104 fps max/58 fps min

Hope this gives you some idea how your proposed rig would perform.

I don't know, i would think another accurate comparison would be running both of them at their highest stable overclock to see the corresponding improvements, as i for run am running my 560s fully clocked and get even better results that way.

Anyone else getting crashing after Win7 boots up? My Gigabyte GTX 560 Ti SOC crashes right after booting into the Windows 7 desktop :(
Found a huge thread pointing to an unstable overclock: GTX 560 Ti: Having issues or not? - NVIDIA Forums - Page 6
Only issue is I purchased the review sample from here and I doubt it has any type of warranty.

It wasn't even being stressed when it started failing.. I left my PC running Folding@Home while I was away for a couple of weeks, and noticed it stopped crunching units. When I came back, it would just keep rebooting after it hit the desktop.
