Whats your budget...single card or sli/crossfire? My vote goes to 6950 regardless...unless your budget is lower

what resolution/eye candy do you run your games at?

the above card is quite good in its price range for higher resolutions.

The resolution is to be decided i definately won't be going too crazy though. My budget is somewhat hazy at this point but i think with the new build I am looking at i might be able to pull $250 off. I see a 6950 for $260 and I'm definately going single card. Also will a 6950 fit in Buy the Ultra Gladiator Mid-Tower ATX Case at TigerDirect.ca

at that budget you dont need to worry about any sort of bottleneck.

it should fit in that midtower, yes. If it's an easy fit.. well..

Okay so I have just decided I'm going to try to aim for below $200, that way I can also put in a nice shiny SSD sooner. How does the GTX 460 1gb sound? From what I have found for $150 it seems to be the best.

I'm only going to be using one monitor so my resolutions wont be huge but I'd like them to be good.
