DirectCanada ?

I might not be posting in the right place, however, I didnt know where else to go.

So I ordered my XFX Radeon HD 5750 a week ago from DirectCanada. They processed my order the very next day and they charged my credit card. However, the video card seems to be stuck in their warehouse ever since. I mailed them and they didnt answer back. I tried reaching them by phone and I couldnt get anyone on the line. I start getting worried now, since its my first time ordering something from them and I'm afraid I got scammed.

Does anyone have any insight on this online store ? Are they reliable ? Or should I just contact my VISA and try getting my money back ?

Thanks.
JP

Me and my friend ordered for like 5000$ from them in the last year.. never not received stuff.. in fact they were much much faster than NCIX, witch is now terrible for speed of shipping..

thanks for that answer, that gives me some comfort for the moment.

So is 7 days + normal for them ? I usually get my stuff from Tiger and they are pretty fast...

DirectCanada's support is just awful. They are a sister company of NCIX w/ great pricing. Just don't expect much from their customer support. I would just try to keep sending them emails/calling.

They are usually really good, 7 days isnt normal. Maybe its shipped and they didn't update the status. Still they should be replying to email. The estore is legitimate, dont worry about that.

I find them faster than NCIX in processing and shipping, but as others have said, they're customer support isn't the best, but it's definitely not bad either.

I've usually done chargebacks for my DirectCanada orders that "disappear". Unfortunate since they have very good prices.

Best of both worlds: order on NCIX, price match DirectCanada.

Tell me about it. I paid for an item December 30, 2010 and it's still not here. My first and last directcanada transaction.

I never order from DC ever since I wanted to call about an order and there was no one to talk to. PM DC and order NCIX if you like customer service.
