SLI 5850 vs 6950

Are my two 5850's running at stock speeds going to be faster than one single 6950, I ask as since putting in the 2nd card the noise and extra heat has been very noticeable.

The 5850 couple is faster in most current games and benches, so performance wise there's no need to upgrade, at least for now.

Sorry if that was stupid.

the only time a 6950 will show its teeth vs the 5850 pair will be at 2560 or more in rez.

Well I wont be using that rez anytime soon, so no need to upgrade then.
