Default Witch way to go

I decided to change my video card. My monitor is 1680-1050. I know a good video card is better than 2 weaker ones. The motherboard witch i have supports CF. Since I play COD-BO and CF scaling is good, I want to buy 2xHD6850.
With this new AMD cards i am getting really confused. I don't know what to choose or what my other options are.

I agree with Gingerbee, since they're both around the same cost. It might help if you look at the reviews for the games you play and see which card scales best.

I've only seen a used 470 for as low as $200 personally myself. I think $150 is probably below the average going price of a used 470.

i think hes referring to the guy who screwed the plastics on his pair and let them go for 300 ?

i havent seen them for lower than 175-180 usually closer to 200 as per above.

some guy in heres selling a 1gb 460 for that much though.

According to your sig, you have a ATI 5870. No need to change GPUs to say a 6870 as you're pretty much side-upgrading.

Crossfire is a waste at 1680x1050.
