I like the look, if it didn't have EVGA all over it I'd probably get one for my card. I see one major problem though: your sli bridge is 1/3 empty!
Personally, I feel Evga did a great job with the aesthetics of the Plate (its definitely solid...brushed aluminum finish)......btw.....Tri SLi Bridge will be put to use alright...3rd 580 SC has "shipped" (Newegg.ca).....Tri SLi bliss again...haven't had it since 3 x 280's :) Looking forward to running some Bencnhies... ;)

Don't mean to hijack, just a quick question...

If supply is so scarce, can we talk about bad yields again? Or is it just the popularity of those cards that make them hard to find? Of course, we're talking cards with lifetime warranty on them....

RJ, how is the Egg compared to NCIX? I always bought my stuff from NCIX until now...do they start to have "resupply" issues compared to the competition?

It's the popularity of the cards... they have been going sold out just a few hours or less after re-stocking... and thats pretty much everywhere.. and newegg i know restocks often as I had to follow the website to obtain my gtx 580... should see more around after the holidays... just an assumption...

Egg is fine... usually takes longer to ship as most of there stuff comes from the US warehouse.... not sure what you mean by re-supply issues..

Supply and Demand for the Evga 580 AR's is crazy.

The Egg actually shows "In Stock" real time, if your quick and place your order you'll be fine. NCIX has not shown when the Cards are In Stock and simply takes orders, the problem is you have no idea when it will be in and ship.

The Egg is fine here on the Westcoast as the HW is shipped from their LA Warehouse to Vancouver via Seattle....very quick...a few business days, maybe 1 or 2 days longer then NCIX.

Home now 3rd 580 installed, preliminary Bench 1st run...980X @ 4.1 / 3 x 580's @ 850 / 2075 = P55K ......hhhhmmmmm tryng a run @ 4.5 Ghz 850 / 2075....

Edit: Ran it a 4.5 Ghz....900 / 2100 ....odd results though...final score P59,050 but REALLY low FPS in a few of the Tests...still fvcking around....
